In 2000, Edit House Productions, LLC embarked on its journey as the pioneer media production facility in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, strategically nestled between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Starting as a home-based business, the name was partly a play on words after Owner Ed Smith, “Ed at House,” and partly based on industry lingo for a post-production facility known as an editing house. As demand surged, so did the need for expanded resources—equipment, personnel, and workspace—all of which fueled the company’s growth trajectory.
